Jazmine is a Philadelphia native was born and raised in the city. Her mother Pam was a vocalist for the backup band of Philadelphia International Records. When she was five years old, of age, her dad landed a position as a curator of the city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family relocated to the historic landmark.
